I have had Progressive insurance off and on for about 15 years. I had Progressive insurance in Virginia before I moved to North Carolina which I changed it to farm bureau. Big mistake. I have always had great service with Progressive insurance. And now that I have remarried and moved to Tennessee I’ve got Progressive insurance again very very good company.

I am actually a long time customer of Progressive unfortunately I left for a short time and came running back. The service Progressive provides is better than any other company I’ve been with. In the past claims were processed without a problem and there was someone there to courtesly answer questions or give directions.

This is the cheapest insurance company that quoted me.However, amounts that were confirmed during a call with a representative somehow changed once the first payment was due and I am at a set back because of it.
