Progressive Customer service reps have been friendly and helpful. Insurance Agents and customer service can be more coordinated and their documentation of discussions can be more consistent.

We recently had an accident that totaled our vehicle. Ashley Williams in the claims department was very helpful and friendly throughout the claim, and patiently answered all our questions. We've always loved the price and customer service, but this was our first time filing an auto claim. Amazingly helpful, friendly and easy!
