Progressive made it very easy to get insurance all online! I didn’t have to take hours going into an office. I like that everything is explained when you are making your coverage choices and the app is great! I can easily see all my information at all times. No need to call and ask the questions we all have!

Progressive is the best they accepted me with hands open my broker always answers the phone progressive makes me feel like family I wouldn't change it but I would recommend anyone I know to go with progressive the prices are very reasonable thank you progressive for looking after me

Transferring the app to a new phone has been a pain. Still have old number in policy,even though I verified the new number with customer service. Unable to access the entire app
