Progressive Insurance is proven in my experienced being with them. They delivered. All possible discounts are applied with no questions ask. I had worse experienced with previous Insurance. But, being progressive, I’m relax and confident knowing that they have my back whenever I needed help….

Progressive Customer service reps have been friendly and helpful. Insurance Agents and customer service can be more coordinated and their documentation of discussions can be more consistent.

I’m only using Progressive because as a member of USAA they do not provide motorcycle insurance and contract it to Progressive.
